Capital Works Plans

Hydromedial Consulting Group develop capital work plans including supporting quantity estimates, specifications and reports on behalf of a Strata Plan & Body Corporate entities to assist the Owners Corporation to meet its obligations under Section 75A of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996, and also commercial building owners and entities alike.

We provide a ten-year ‘Capital Works Fund Forecast Report’ which accounts for environmental impact (local or general), the building, the age of individual building elements and warranty periods then we forecast the likely costs associated with maintaining the structure to an acceptable standard during the specified reporting period. Each report is carried out on our digital platform allowing us to generate real time photographic evidence and building status alongside accurate quantity estimates. This allows our clients to view the content of the main report in an easy to read format.
